Who is the skills assessment form intended for?

The skills questionnaire is used to record skills, qualifications and experience in order to facilitate better and faster labor migration.

The benefits for you include the following:

Finding work faster:If we know what you can do, it's easier to find a job for you. This helps you to earn money faster and arrive in Germany.

Faster "placement" of skilled workers:If we know your skills, you may be able to work exactly where you are needed.

Employers understand your strengths better:Your degree or qualifications from abroad may not always be immediately relatable. With a list of your skills and competencies, employers can better understand what you can do and how you can be used in the company.

Orientation about your options: The survey shows you which jobs or further training courses suit you. You will be given options on how you can shape your future in Central Saxony.

Help with recognition: Sometimes a qualification from your home country is not directly recognized. The survey shows what you are already good at and in which areas you may need further qualifications.

The skills assessment is therefore a step that will help you to arrive in Germany and work successfully here.
