As the demand for skilled workers increases, more and more companies are becoming open to and interested in foreign skilled workers or foreign people who want to train as skilled workers. As a result, companies are increasingly making inquiries and requests on the subject of labor migration. Due to the increasing complexity of this topic, the "Here4Work" project was launched to support the "Service Agency for Work and Migration" (SAMM) in the field of labor market integration.
The skills analyses we carry out reveal the strengths and interests of the immigrants and are used in the matching process to recommend targeted employees, skilled workers and vocational trainees to companies based on their sectors and requirements.
Our aim is for our local companies and the foreign workers and skilled workers to benefit from labor migration and provide us all with a secure future and a home in the district of Central Saxony.
