Network forum "Children in view"
As part of this year's networking activities "Preventive child protection and early help", the Special Social Services Department of the Youth and Family Department of the district of Central Saxony is planning to once again hold interdisciplinary networking forums in the social regions. A total of 7 social regions have been defined for the district as part of integrated social planning.
The event on September 16 concerns the city of Freiberg.
These events are intended to further intensify the small-scale exchange of information and expertise between network partners on general and specific concerns in cooperation with families, taking local circumstances into account. At the request of the participants of past network forums, we will continue to focus the 2026 network forums on networking and the exchange of information between the stakeholders active in the social space.
In 2026, the specialists from the early intervention centers will explain their extensive range of activities in more detail. The procedural pilot of the district of Central Saxony will also be present and present the possibilities for counseling. The team from gehZEITEN - gemeinsam. menschen. begleiten. has been invited to the regional conferences still to come. They are committed to helping children and young people with special needs, e.g. with special developmental needs, disabilities, chronic and severe physical illnesses, premature and high-risk babies and their families. School social work and educational child and youth protection (PIT platform) as well as the Elternchancen project will also be topics and specialists will be on hand as contacts.
Following the topic, all participants will have the opportunity for an intensive exchange in the form of small discussion groups/topic tables. We hope for the support of the network partners to ensure a lively discussion. Institutions and services are welcome to participate in the organization of the theme tables and present subject-specific topics or your institution. If you are interested in taking an active part, please let us know at least three weeks before the event.
Professionals from child and youth welfare services, educational staff from day-care centers and schools, early intervention centers, pediatricians and gynecologists, clinics, midwives, representatives of city and municipal administrations, counseling centers, clinics, police, family courts and other interested professionals and partners are cordially invited to the network forums.
Registration procedure:
All events are free of charge.
Registration for the "Kinder im Blick" network forums will take place via "Guestoo". In the run-up to the network forums, you will receive an email with a link to the respective event, which you can use to confirm your participation or register. Registered participants will receive a registration confirmation from us approx. 14 days before the event with any additional relevant information.Guestoo is also a new format for event organization and guest management for us. If you have any problems with registration, please do not hesitate to contact us. You are welcome to set up and moderate a theme table with your own topic or question. Please contact us for this purpose.
